How much will your services cost me?
As we tailor our services to deliver the best possible solution for all of our clients’ specific requirements it is not possible for us to offer a quote for our services without first discussing your situation.

Will you charge for an initial consultation?
No, we offer a free initial consultation on a no commitment basis to discuss your situation and will follow this up with a no obligation detailed proposal of services that we believe will fulfil your requirements.
Is changing accountants complicated?
Switching accountants is easy and straight-forward. It is usually a case of simply letting your current accountant know the name of your new accountants and advising them that the new firm will be contacting them shortly to request your records.
The new firm will then contact them to arrange for the transfer of records, obtain copies of your accounts and tax computations, and notify HMRC and other government offices that they are looking after your business affairs.
How do you invoice for your fees?
As with our services we tailor this to each of our clients individual needs, whether this be for each service on an individual basis or annually, quarterly or monthly for everything that we do.
Can I spread the cost over a year?
Yes, we are always happy to discuss payment plans to spread our costs and ensure that there are no surprises.
Don’t all accountants offer the same service?
Not all accountants have the same qualifications and we are proud to be member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), a world leading professional membership organisation, founded in 1880, that promotes, develops and supports over 150,000 chartered accountants worldwide.
With their support and ongoing professional training courses attended throughout the year by all of our technical staff we are confident we can offer you the best possible quality of service.
You ask for a lot of personal information, how do you keep it safe?

Can I be sure that my costs won’t increase out of the blue?
Our fees remain consistent year on year if your situation remains similar, subject to inflation. Where the scope of work exceeds our current agreement we will always discuss any changes to our agreement with you before we carry on.
Will you support me with any HMRC Enquiries?
Yes, we would like to be with you every step of the way and we offer an optional HMRC Enquiry protection that covers all of our fees to help you deal with HMRC in the event of any inspection or investigation; even for routine checks.
